Overview
Paston College seeks a well‑qualified and experienced lecturer to join its Business teaching team at the Paston Campus in North Norfolk. The role focuses on co‑delivering the T Level Business course (T Level Management & Administration: Team Leadership Pathway) and inspiring students to achieve their full potential within the business curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
The lecturer will co‑deliver the T Level Business course, design and deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons, and contribute to the continual improvement of the program. Collaboration with the wider teaching team and industry partners to enhance the curriculum is also a core part of the role.
Requirements
* A Level 3 qualification or above in a business‑related subject.
* Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in teaching Business, particularly T Level Business.
* Ability to deliver high quality, well‑planned, active, and engaging sessions.
* Significant vocational, industrial or commercial experience in Business and/or Management.
* Strong links with employers to enrich the curriculum.
