The Payload:
* Solid Starting Salary: Up to £32,000 basic per year (fully tailored to your current experience).
* Monthly Bonus: Performance-based, realistic bonuses ranging from £400 to £1,000 per month.
* High Real Earnings: A very achievable, structured £42,000 OTE.
* Hours: Monday to Friday schedule with Saturdays on a fair, organized team rota.

What You Will Be Doing:
* Precision Servicing: Carrying out routine maintenance, comprehensive vehicle health checks, and service work on cutting-edge manufacturer vehicles.
* Advanced Learning: Working alongside senior diagnostic mentors to master hybrid technology, complex electrical systems, and advanced fault-finding.
* Core Repair Work: Handling brakes, suspension, steering, and mechanical repairs to spotless main dealer standards.

What We Need From You:
* Qualifications: Must be Level 3 qualified (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent portfolio).
