The Senior Technology Delivery Lead will oversee the delivery of Bupa Clinics and Health Services technology projects within the Technology Delivery & Change Team. Working closely with Agile Scrum teams, they will manage technology releases and implementations. Experience with healthcare technologies is highly desirable How you’ll help us make health happen Lead and deliver IT projects in line with agreed plans, budgets, quality standards, and timelines, proactively managing risks and resolving issues. Coordinate project activities, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure alignment with overall objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, budgets, key milestones, and success criteria. Define and communicate clear roles and responsibilities across project teams. Build strong relationships with IT functions to optimise resource utilisation within scope and budget. Prepare business cases and ensure adherence to governance and approval processes. Provide accurate financial forecasting and reporting to stakeholders and finance teams. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams through direct and matrix management. Ensure alignment with Bupa’s IT governance and delivery frameworks. Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and reduce costs throughout the project lifecycle. Effectively manage internal teams, external partners, and third-party vendors. Key Skills / Qualifications Strong knowledge of AgilePM, SAFe, and PRINCE2 methodologies. Programme and Project Management certification is desirable. Proven experience in commercial and vendor management. Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across varied audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations and decision papers. Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
