Package
* £15 per hour plus holiday pay
* 4-month temporary contract
* Hybrid working – 2 days per week in the Cirencester office
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
The Role
* Support procurement processes including purchase orders and contract administration
* Assist with supplier onboarding and due diligence checks
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with governance requirements
* Act as a first point of contact for supplier and internal queries
* Support reporting and data analysis using Excel and Power BI
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative or support role (procurement, finance or similar)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and Office tools
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel would be advantageous
