The Role
As the Senior Performance Media Manager, you will be the strategic and operational heartbeat of our Performance Media team. You will lead and inspire the team, overseeing innovation and execution across PPC, Affiliates, SEO, Paid Social (Lower Funnel), and Display Retargeting. Your mission is to drive quality traffic and enhance conversion with agility, ensuring digital excellence and commercial impact across priority EMEA markets (UK, DE, FR, IT, NL) to deliver on UGG’s brand ambitions. You will manage the UGG Performance ecosystem with a proactive analytical lens and react to market conditions in real time with a strategic mindset.
Your Impact
* Lead Performance Media 2.0 and drive innovation through “Performance firsts.”
* Inspire and lead day-to-day Performance Media operations across all key digital channels, aligned with commercial goals.
* Translate business drivers into channel-level strategies, mobilising media activity to drive quality traffic and revenue.
* Own the Performance roadmap with KPIs to drive acquisition, conversion, and ROAS growth across EMEA.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders and agencies to challenge, steer, and optimise paid media performance, including short- and long-term planning windows.
* Identify strategic tools to advance Performance Marketing for today and tomorrow.
* Own cross-channel media optimisation, pacing spends to dynamic business needs with guardrails.
* Champion a data-driven approach with detailed performance insights, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations.
* Strengthen integration of 1st Party Data for prospecting and retargeting across Social, Search, and Display.
* Lead long-range planning (LRP), annual and quarterly forecasting of traffic, revenue, and ROAS using Google Analytics, Tableau, and internal BI systems.
* Diagnose performance issues and translate findings into tactical execution with a solutions-focused approach.
* Mentor and support Performance Media Manager and Executive, nurturing skill development and strategic thinking.
* Collaborate with Senior Brand Media Manager to ensure full-funnel integration and holistic planning under the Head of Media.
* Align with Ecommerce & CRM teams and trade functions to prioritize traffic-driving initiatives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners to unlock first-to-market opportunities and value-added negotiations.
* Stay ahead of digital trends and platform evolutions; contribute ideas to test, learn, and scale; shape a media learning agenda with Senior Brand Media.
* Lead exploration of AI, LLMs, and SERP changes to enhance media efforts with proactive, smarter integration.

We Would Love To Hear From People With
* Experience as Senior Manager in Performance Marketing across PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Display, and Affiliates, with line management responsibilities.
* Proven success managing large-scale digital budgets with an ROI mindset.
* Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and confidence in forecasting traffic, revenue, and ROAS.
* Comfort with GA4, Tableau/Switchboard, and BI dashboards to inform data-led decisions.
* Ability to lead agencies and internal teams to high performance; capable of constructive challenge.
* Commercially astute with strong financial acumen for LRP, budgeting, and performance tracking.
* Experience navigating global and local HQ structures and influencing across regional and central teams.
