Project Manager – Air Conditioning
Full lifecycle of HVAC projects, from planning to handover – projects typically in London and home counties, head office nr Portsmouth.
5+ years air conditioning install project management experience required.
Salary to £65K
The Role
* Planning: design, procurement, installation, commissioning
* Budgeting ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
* Scheduling: Manage timelines and resources efficiently
* Supervise, motivate, and coordinate a team of technicians, installers, and engineers.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
* Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions
* Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Requirements
* 5+ years experience managing HVAC or air conditioning projects
* Running multiple projects in value from £25k – £900k.
* In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, installation, and maintenance practices.
* Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and teams.
* Relevant trade certifications.
