Package Details: £27,188.67 Per Annum + Excellent Company Benefits
Contracted Hours: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday)

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the enabling and issuing of results for all medical, clinical, and drug & alcohol-related procedures, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and service delivery.
The Role:
You will undertake a range of responsibilities which include the following:

Supporting the enabling and issuing of medical, clinical and drug & alcohol results with precision and accuracy.

Ensuring all results meet customer expectations in terms of quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Assisting with the investigation and resolution of customer queries and complaints in an efficient and timely manner.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless and professional service delivery.
