About the role
As Supervisor, you will be the heart of our store, delivering tailored service to customers. The role is part‑time, working 20 hours over 4 days a week with flexibility up to 28 hours and requires weekend availability.
Responsibilities
* Help customers look and feel great.
* Showcase our footwear and highlight its quality.
* Lead by example and support the team.
* Support store operations, including opening and closing duties.
* Organise deliveries and be involved in stock movements.
* Maintain an organised, clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications
* Team player with strong leadership skills.
* Self‑awareness and a "can‑do" attitude.
* Attention to detail and multi‑tasking ability.
* Passion for selling and customer service.
