Join to apply for the Housing Partner role at Abri Group. We are looking for an experienced housing professional to join our Housing Partnership team in Bracknell on a permanent basis.
The Housing Partner will manage a patch of up to 600 properties, delivering a proactive tenancy and property management service, and respond to customer enquiries as appropriate. The closest office is in Bracknell, where you will be required to attend for training, weekly team meetings and collaboration days. We also have an agile working policy, so working from home or other locations between customer appointments is an option.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of tenancy management and neighbourhood services within the Bracknell area.
* Collaborate with key colleagues across the organisation and build relationships with local service providers.
* Travel across the allocated patch daily to sustain tenancies and ensure neighbourhoods are clean, safe and a place where customers want to live and thrive.
* Be visible and approachable with an understanding of local issues, taking accountability for the quality of homes, neighbourhoods and services provided by Abri.
Qualifications and Skills
* Full clean driving license and access to your own car is essential.
* Proficient IT skills, digitally confident and a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.

* Ability to work in Bracknell area with travel as part of the role.
