HR Advisor – Employee Relations (Part-Time)
Elevation Recruitment’s HR division is working with a fast‑growing, family‑run company based in Wetherby that is looking for an HR Advisor to join their established HR team on a full‑time, permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role is integral to the smooth running of the HR function, covering everything from employee relations and TUPE projects to recruitment and day‑to‑day HR operations, while working closely with the wider HR team.

As a HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting and coaching managers on ER related issues including disciplinaries, investigations and performance management
* Supporting with recruitment and selection
* Leading on project work such as TUPE in and out
* Supporting and coaching Managers and Supervisors with completing the annual appraisal process and support staff with completion of the process in partner departments
* Providing regular communications to managers and teams on best practice HR
* Managing the full employee life cycle
* Conducting the first‑day HR induction for new starters
