The Commercial Solicitor will be:
3. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
4. Advising on IP licensing, IT agreements and outsourcing projects
5. Supporting clients with UK GDPR and data protection compliance
6. Managing IP portfolios and resolving disputes
7. Building trusted client relationships and delivering strategic legal advice
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Solicitor should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in commercial law
9. Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
10. Experienced in IP, IT and data protection matters
11. A confident communicator with strong analytical skills
