Training and Induction
You’ll start life as an RSW by joining our Care Academy – 4 weeks of off‑the‑job training with experienced WG professionals to help you feel confident and ready to support our young people.
Location & Salary
Willington, England – £29,034 – £35,400 full time.
Depending on attendance, the pay range can be £34,274 – £40,640 and may include up to four paid sleep‑ins per month.

* Bonuses: Up to four sleep‑ins per month, paid at £80 each (≈£3,840 per year) and a £1,400 attendance allowance – assuming good attendance
