We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our team and help ensure every vehicle is accurately assessed and efficiently processed for repair.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Carrying out detailed and accurate assessments of damaged vehicles using Audatex or similar systems
* Preparing clear and cost-effective repair estimates in line with insurer and manufacturer guidelines
* Working closely with the workshop, parts department, and customer service teams to ensure smooth repair processes
* Communicating professionally with customers, insurers, and engineers regarding repair status and progress
* Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a VDA/Estimator role within the accident repair industry
* ATA VDA accreditation (or working towards it)
* Proficiency with Audatex and other estimating platforms
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A detail-oriented individual who values accuracy, efficiency, and professional integrity
