We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Facilities & Infrastructure Manager to lead and optimise the management of a large-scale estate with a significant maintenance and minor works budget. This high-impact 6-month contract is ideal for a senior professional who can combine operational expertise, technical leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver results quickly. What You’ll Do: * Lead and mentor multidisciplinary technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Oversee mechanical, electrical, and building management systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and sustainability. * Manage budgets, procurement, and resources, optimising operational performance and lifecycle costs. * Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, drive risk management, and lead emergency preparedness and incident response. * Support digital transformation initiatives, leveraging smart technologies and data-driven insights to improve operational intelligence. * Provide strategic input into infrastructure projects, major refurbishments, and long-term operational planning.
