We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis. As a TA Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates. Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + benefits

Responsibilities
1. Review CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates
2. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest
3. Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
4. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
5. Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
6. Assist with lead generation activities to attract passive candidates
7. Produce contracts and offer letters from various templates
8. Participate in social media campaigns to raise awareness of vacancies
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and assist with preparing reports and contract documents for HR-related activities
10. Assist with other HR-related projects as assigned
11. Support recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed
Essential Skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Desirable Skills
* Proficiency in using HR software
* Experience in utilising social media platforms for recruitment purposes
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ICIMS and ability to navigate candidate databases
