Prospero Teaching are seeking to appoint a fantastic Alternative Provision Tutor to work 1:1 with a young person in Year 9, currently on a partial school timetable, who needs support to reintegrate into full-time classroom learning. About the Learner: At risk of permanent exclusion (PEX) and in need of a positive, consistent adult relationship. Currently working at a Year 6 level in English and Maths. Has SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs and may become emotionally dysregulated. Tuition will begin with a focus on engagement and trust-building, gradually introducing academic content. The goal is to support their transition back into full-time education in the next academic year.
