Job Summary Are you an experienced Site Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? GRAHAM is seeking a driven and technically skilled Site Engineer to join our team on a landmark regeneration scheme in Milton Keynes.
This exciting mixed-use development will deliver new homes alongside vibrant community and commercial spaces, playing a key role in shaping the local area. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team delivering a high-profile project with a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out setting out and surveying duties, including use of Robotic Total Stations.
Interpret and review drawings, specifications, and quantities, raising technical queries as required.
Assist with procurement by scheduling materials.
Plan and coordinate site activities to ensure programme deadlines are met.
Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Supervise and monitor site labour and subcontractors.
Support and mentor junior engineers.
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
Maintain accurate QA and site records.
Identify and resolve technical issues on site.
Coordinate and carry out material testing.
Keep a detailed and accurate site diary.
Work collaboratively with the wider construction team.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation on site.
Requirements:
Essential: Proven experience in a Site Engineer role, ideally within residential or mixed-use developments.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience using digital QA tools such as FieldView or Autodesk Build.
Desirable: Experience working on large-scale (£50m+) construction projects.
Familiarity with BIM, digital construction tools, or 3D/4D modelling.
Experience within regeneration or mixed-use schemes.
Knowledge of temporary works coordination or complex site logistics.
