We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
* Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department, delivering a high‑level guest food & beverage service experience.
* Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, responding positively and promptly to guest enquiries.
* Deliver plans and objectives, ensuring food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets are achieved.
* Manage the food & beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department.
* Be accountable for the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory while maintaining productivity and performance levels.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
* Deliver effective programmes that advance service standards, profitability and cost control.
* Ensure adherence and compliance to all legislation and best practice activities, planning, delivering and documenting for internal and external audit.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in food & beverage service with excellent problem‑solving capabilities.
* Excellent managerial skills with a hands‑on approach and a lead‑by‑example work style.
* Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
* Ability to find creative solutions and offer advice and recommendations.
* Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
* Experience in using IT systems on various platforms.
* Strong communication skills.
