Other responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development, and acting as a key point for contact with residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing.
