Site Supervisor (Groundworks & Civils) – Part Time

Location: Northants based with travel to sites up to 2 hours away

Hours: 3 days per week, 10-hour days, working on site and in our office (role is fully in-person)


JW Clark Ltd are seeking a Part Time Site Supervisor for our growing Groundwork & Civils business. Our works are primarily Highways works including S50 Sewer Connections, S278 works etc. But also with a mix of general groundwork on both commercial and domestic sites.

We are a small company with 3-4 jobs on the go at any one time, and have witnessed significant growth over the last year.

JW Clark Ltd is based in Irthlingborough, Northants, and our jobs tend to be within an hour's radius of our base, with some jobs up to 2 hours from our base.

Applicants must have significant experience in the Groundworks & Civils industry and a good working knowledge of NRSWA.

This is a key role for us — you’ll be the company’s presence on the ground, supporting our office and helping to maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer care.

Site Supervision (80% of role)
