Contract - Document Services Coordinator, hybrid £27k, London
Our technology client is seeking a Document Services Coordinator to join their office of approximately 160 employees. Working within a team of 3, the role involves collaboratively overseeing the smooth operation of the company's transcript production function to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, a fast learner with an interest in technology, process-driven, with excellent attention to detail and motivated to perform well.
Due to the nature of the role, excellent English skills—both written and spoken—are essential. A client services background and experience in managing processes are also required.
The position involves working on a rota basis between 9:30 am and 8:00 pm (shifts include 9:30/10 am to 6/6:30 pm, 10:30 am to 7 pm, 11:30 am to 8 pm). The later shift can be done remotely from home. The role offers hybrid working and a salary of £27,000. Immediate start available.
