We're Hiring: Commercial Loan / Finance Broker Location: Cheshire (Hybrid considered for the right candidate)
£40,000 OTE + uncapped bonus
We're working with a growing and ambitious brokerage in Cheshire that's now expanding their team with a Commercial Finance Broker. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, thrives in a target-driven environment, and has a keen interest in business finance.
Whether it's funding for property development, business expansion, asset purchase or refinancing — you’ll be matching clients with the best solutions from a panel of lenders and helping them grow.
What you’ll be doing:
Handling inbound and outbound commercial finance enquiries
Understanding the needs of SMEs, property investors, and business owners
Sourcing suitable commercial funding solutions (bridging, development, asset finance, etc.)
Building strong relationships with both clients and lenders
Managing applications from initial enquiry through to completion
Keeping CRM systems up to date and compliant
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a sales, finance or mortgage-related role
A confident communicator who can build trust quickly
Driven, target-focused, and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Willingness to learn and develop commercial finance knowledge
Comfortable using various systems and Microsoft Office tools
