£26,000 - £32,000 plus commission scheme with high earning potential

About the Role:
We are seeking additional roles within our Graduate Business Development Representative team due to company growth. The Development Representative focuses on outbound and new business efforts to enhance customer experiences. A successful candidate will bring high energy to this exciting role, focusing on generating new business from our client base and new customers. Opportunities include attending industry events and earning commissions. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound / new business to existing customers and new business to increase customer spend
* Cross-selling and upselling new business
* Calling out to customers to enhance their IMS experience
* Achieving KPIs related to new business and outbound activity
* Engaging with potential new or less frequent customers
* Managing your own development path with team support
* Managing targets to achieve business growth
About You:
* Driven, confident, and enthusiastic individual
* Motivated to become an expert in outbound business generation
* Experience with Microsoft packages is essential
* Pro-active with a solution-led outlook
