YourTasks
* You are passionateabout acquiring new customers and developing our existing customerswith innovative IoT solutions.
* Youmanage and steer your customer projects and take action to makethem successful including internal coordination and projectmanagement.
* You are responsible forthe short and longterm profitability of your customerportfolio.
* Working with clients inthe UL and Europe in the Hologram and Labelsindustry
* You develop sales plans foryour business segment and distribution area broken down intorelevant customer groups and technologies to build strong andlongterm customer relationships.
* Youdefine short and longterm sales strategies per customer and productsegment.
* You encourage creativethinking to identify and build up new customers and marketsegments.
* You use appropriate toolsto monitor and report sales performance and effectiveness and steeractivities to reach new markets & customers including butnot limited to pricing profitability and allocationdecisions.
Requirements
YourProfile
* You completed atechnical or business degree alternatively gained longtermexperience in sales in the packaging industry(B2B)
* Several years of professionalexperience in labels or printed packaging are beneficiary and basicknowledge of industryrequirements.
* Your German and Englishskills are fluent
* You would describeyourself as customeroriented with high social and culturalcompetencies and excellent negotiationskills.
* Willingness to travel inEurope & UK
* Experience withSales of Hologram Labels
* Confidentuse of Office 365 and common CRMtools
