Base Pay Range
Senior Support Worker – PERMANENT - TWO POSITIONS
Locations:
* Kettering NN16 8DX (Town Centre)
* Barton Seagrave, NN15 8UG
Working Hours & Schedules
* £13.40 per hour – 37.5 hours on days, including alternative weekends.
* Shifts: Early (7am–2.30pm) and Late (2.30pm–10pm), working 4 or 5 shifts a week.
* Alternative weekend shifts included.
Requirements & Eligibility
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence essential.
* No sponsorship or changes of sponsor available.
* Not suitable for candidates seeking 20 hours a week.
* A minimum of 12 months UK experience with Service Users with Learning and/or Physical Disabilities.
* Ability to work flexibly caring for four Service Users.
Essential Requirements
* 12 months minimum experience of working with Service Users who have Learning Disabilities.
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care.
* Understanding that the role is not a Monday to Friday 9–5 schedule.
* Supported by management team.
Additional Information
We offer dedicated training across a wide range of accredited programmes, and you will support the needs of Service Users, working in line with individual care plans. You will also maintain records and produce concise and accurate reports while on shift.
