Job Description
To drive growth and customer satisfaction within the Foodservice division by proactively developing and maintaining strong relationships across the Foodservice and Wholesale sectors. The Wholesale Executive will leverage their sales and account management expertise to expand the customer base, identify new business opportunities, and provide dedicated support to the Wholesale Manager - Foodservice in achieving overall sales objectives
Job Requirements
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing Foodservice and Wholesale customers.
* Respond promptly to incoming enquiries via email and phone, ensuring accurate quotations and timely order processing.
* Coordinate the collection of customer orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
* Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, costs, and product specifications with buyers and managers.
* Manage customer debt effectively to ensure healthy account performance.
* Gather and analyse market and customer insights, providing feedback on emerging trends and opportunities.
* Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets with the support of the Wholesale Manager - Foodservice.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, including the progress of key accounts and product lines.
* Organise and attend on-site visits to strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
* Collaborate with the procurement team to identify opportunities, negotiate competitive pricing, and track the progression of sales.
