What You’ll Do
Provide practical support and companionship, including:
* Companionship and emotional reassurance
* Personal care and daily routines
* Medication prompts/support (where required)
* Mobility support and safe assistance
* Meal preparation and light household tasks
You’ll bring reassurance and continuity at an important part of the day for clients.
Qualifications
No Experience Needed — Full Training Provided
We welcome people new to care as well as experienced carers. You will receive:
* Structured induction and shadowing
* Paid mandatory training
* Ongoing coaching and supervision
* Option to undertake accredited Dementia Care training
* Option to undertake accredited End of Life Care training
* Financial support towards Health & Social Care qualifications
* Opportunities to increase hours and progress

Pay & Benefits
* £12.60 – £13.60 per hour (higher rates with completed NVQ levels)
