Receptionist / Office Assistant - Temp to Perm
Locations: Uckfield
Pay: Up to £13 per hour
We're looking for a confident and friendly Receptionist / Office Assistant to join a busy front-of-house team in Uckfield.
This is a temp-to-perm role offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to be the face of a professional, welcoming workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage reception and welcome visitors
2. Answer phones and handle general enquiries
3. Prepare refreshments and assist with meeting room setup
4. Keep communal areas clean, stocked, and organised
5. Order supplies, manage deliveries, and support admin tasks
6. Use internal systems to process data, time sheets, and purchase orders
What We're Looking For:
7. Reception or admin experience (office or hospitality background welcome)
8. Excellent communication and customer service skills
9. Confident with Microsoft Office and office systems
10. Organised, proactive, and a great team player
