Youll be at the heart of delivering our annual investment plan-ensuring homes meet the Decent Homes Standard, managing contractors, overseeing budgets, and driving service excellence. From procurement to performance, compliance to customer satisfaction, youll be the go-to expert.
Were after someone with:
· Solid knowledge of building regulations, CDM, and procurement law
· Experience managing contracts, budgets, and consultants
· A passion for quality, safety, and value for money
· A relevant qualification (e.g.
RICS, CIOB, NEBOSH)
