You will consult with mid-market and enterprise clients, offering industry-leading solutions.
This role supports the senior sales team throughout the sales cycle. It requires technical expertise to discuss complex tax issues faced by multinationals, especially in Europe. You should understand the challenges of compliance and reporting obligations and be able to analyze clients' tax processes, technology needs, and suggest improvements.
The main responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, uncovering objections, presenting value propositions, and aligning solutions with clients' business needs. You will ensure excellent customer experience, develop trusted advisor relationships, and help create client advocates. Knowledge of tax requirements and business processes is essential for documenting and preparing tax scenarios and use cases, providing practical automation solutions for tax calculation and reporting.

Position Responsibilities:
* Represent the company's Indirect Tax solutions to all levels of potential customers in tax and finance teams of global companies.
* Manage multiple prospects, identify tax process issues, and support the sales team in developing proposals and business cases.
* Lead solution demonstrations, present value propositions, and align solutions with customer needs.
* Ensure excellent client experience and develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders.
* Be a Europe product expert.
* Produce and maintain demo data, develop scripts, and document product use cases based on customer needs.
* Support sales with technical resources, product/service presentations, and training on industry and product updates.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on activities like white papers, webinars, events, and conferences to generate new opportunities.
* Work with Product Management to identify trends, gather field feedback, evaluate enhancements, and validate business cases for future development.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Extensive experience in Indirect Tax, VAT consulting, or demonstrating tax software solutions.
* Knowledge of complex supply chain transactions, VAT implications, and indirect AP/AR processes.
* Familiarity with ERPs (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial systems related to document flow (POs, invoices) for B2B and B2C trades.
* Strong presentation skills, ability to articulate value propositions tailored to clients’ critical tax issues.
* Customer-oriented approach with negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work across teams and adapt to an agile, dynamic environment.
* Highly organized, resourceful self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
