Role: Office Administrator / Personal Assistant supporting Sales and Marketing teams.
Summary of duties:
1. Preparing and sending contracts, monitoring, and following up.
2. Preparing and sending invoices, monitoring, and following up.
3. Completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
4. Safekeeping and archiving files.
5. Logging invoices and ensuring prompt payments.
6. Organising travel and incentive trips.
7. Carrying out additional projects and office support tasks.
Requirements:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
