We are looking for a competent nurse able to take the clozapine service to the next level and continue the fantastic work already established; could that be you? Advert To be the nursing lead for the trust-wide clozapine clinics, whether patients are in specialised POCHi clinics, Community Mental Health Teams, Care Homes or on an inpatient setting. This role is responsible for ensuring all the required physical health monitoring, phlebotomy, mental health monitoring, and follow-up is completed for patients under the care of the clozapine service. This role also is responsible for managing the nursing aspects and staff within the trust wide clinics, ensuring smooth running of the clinics, patient care and interface with carer's, clinicians and other services e.g. One You Lincolnshire.
