We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join us as a Teaching Assistant.
The successful candidate will:
1. Mentor, support, and inspire learners by assisting with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, on home tuition, outreach, and outdoor activities.
2. Assist with the preparation of learning materials and contribute to the delivery of learning objectives, with a strong focus on behavioral management.
3. Provide daily reports on learners’ progress and barriers to learning.
4. Interact regularly with parents/caregivers.
Our ideal candidate will have:
1. A committed and passionate approach to working with students with SEND.
2. At least two years’ experience working in a SEND environment or similar setting.
3. A Level 3 TA qualification is advantageous.
4. A full UK driving license is desirable.
