As a Senior Manager and Principal Finance Lead specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, you will shape and deliver complex, global ERP transformation programmes for some of the world's most recognised organisations. This is a role for someone who wants to influence strategy, lead high‑performing teams, and become a trusted advisor to senior finance and technology leaders.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage the full Finance & Operations solution lifecycle across major D365 F&O transformation programmes.
Act as the domain expert in one or more core finance areas: P2P, I2C, R2R, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets.
Shape finance transformation roadmaps and define future‑state operating models.
Support pre‑sales, scoping, and business case development for new ERP programmes.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, guiding them through complex technology‑enabled change.
Lead key workstreams and ensure high‑quality delivery across global programmes.
Mentor and develop talent within a growing D365 F&O capability.
Communicate complex concepts clearly, crafting compelling messages for diverse audiences.
Drive strategic thinking, risk management, and decision‑making across engagements.
Align technology solutions with real business needs to deliver measurable value.
What You Bring
Essential
Deep expertise in core finance processes (R2R, I2C, I2P or equivalent).
Proven experience delivering full lifecycle D365 F&O Finance implementations or large‑scale global ERP programmes.
Strong understanding of ERP architecture and integration.
Strategic planning, scope management, and risk mitigation capability.
Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate teams, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver under pressure.
Formal finance qualification or equivalent experience.
Desired
Experience with Project Operations and Project Accounting.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
Consulting or professional services background.
Microsoft D365 certifications.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, MIS, or related field.
