DV‑Cleared Bid Writer (Contract)
Location: Cambridgeshire, On‑site in secure facility
Duration: 5th January – 6th February 2026
We are seeking a DV‑cleared Bid Writer with a strong background in IT Managed Services to support a short‑term contract engagement. This role is critical in shaping persuasive, technically accurate responses to an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) and embedding ITIL/ITSM best practice into proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop clear, compelling bid responses aligned with client requirements and industry best practice.
* Collaborate with SMEs, service architects, and delivery teams to translate complex technical concepts into client‑friendly language.
* Participate in bid reviews and contribute to win strategies.
* Ensure proposals meet governance standards and contractual requirements.
* Incorporate ITIL/ITSM principles into service descriptions and operating models.
Experience & Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Bid Writer or Proposal Specialist within IT Managed Services.
2. Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks and ITIL principles.
