Responsibilities - ECT Primary Teacher:
1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum, catering to the needs of diverse learners.

Requirements- ECT Primary Teacher:
7. A recognised teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in primary education.
8. Newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply; however, experienced ECTs are also welcome.
9. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and an ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
10. Excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive learning environment.
11. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents.
