Role Overview
As a Senior/Lead AI Engineer, you will take full ownership of our LLM Ops platform and the orchestration of multi‑agent AI systems. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and scale AI‑driven solutions that power intelligent automation across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and lead the development and operations of our LLM Ops platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.
* Design and implement multi‑agent orchestration frameworks for autonomous AI workflows.
* Optimise LLM performance, fine‑tuning pipelines, and monitoring inference efficiency.
* Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large language models and AI operations.
* Strong expertise in designing and deploying LLMs in production environments.
* Experience with multi‑agent systems, orchestration, and workflow automation.
* Proficiency in Python, AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
This is a full‑time, permanent role, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement: 2 days in the Warwick office and 3 days from home.
