Job Description
We are looking for an organised and proactive leader who can build strong relationships, guide Placemakers effectively, and ensure contractual standards are consistently achieved.
The Sector Supervisor will contribute to service improvement, efficiency gains and client satisfaction through hands-on supervision, planned site visits and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day supervisory management of front-line Cleaning Placemakers.
2. Support direct and indirect account teams with general cleaning and service delivery queries.
3. Identify and deliver savings initiatives through efficient operational delivery.
4. Proactively manage Placemakers to ensure SLAs are met and all colleagues remain fully compliant.
5. Conduct planned visits to each Placemaker, ensuring each is visited at least every six weeks.
6. Support the Sector Manager with recruitment and vetting, ensuring full compliance and vacancies filled within 48 hours.
7. Ensure adherence to company procedures and systems, including the Employment Handbook and client-specific security protocols.
8. Maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues and internal stakeholders.
9. Oversee stock control and maintenance of consumables at each site.
10. Ensure all audits are completed according to agreed frequencies.

16. Strong prioritisation and project-management capabilities.
17. Ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
