M4 recruitment are currently recruiting for Farm Labourers based in Great Missenden and the surrounding areas.\n\nYou MUST be able to get to Great Missenden for 0630 start, or if you live further afield you must be able to drive as there is very limited public transport access.\n\nMain Duties:\n\nGeneral upkeep and maintenance of the farm.\n\nAssisting in loading the vans at the end of the day.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nMust be comfortable working around animals.\n\nMust be okay with some moderately heavy lifting.\n\nPrevious Experience:\n\nNo experience necessary, just a positive attitude and willingness to work hard.\n\nMust have full UK right to work.\n\nWorking Hours are Monday to Friday 06:30 - 1530\n\nWeekend work will also be required but days can be picked by the candidate.\n\nPay:\n\nStandard Rate - £12.04 an hour (Apply online only))\n\nOvertime Rate - £16.01 an hour\n\nWeekend Rate - £16.01 an hour\n\nYOU WILL BE PAID EVERY FRIDAY.\n\nIf interested please apply as the position will be offered on a first come first serve basis
