Manage all starter and leaver administration. Draft employment contracts and maintain accurate HR records. Deliver engaging employee inductions. Manage the HR inbox, handling general HR queries professionally and promptly. Support the probation review process, tracking key timelines and actions. Suitable Candidate for HR Assistant vacancy: At least 12 months of HR administration experience. Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word.
