The Management Accountant's responsibilities include:
* Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing key insights to stakeholders.
* Manage financial reporting (monthly and yearly), including variance analysis and commentary.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
* Maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
* Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support on projects.

* Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
