This Supply Chain Finance Analyst role offers a great opportunity for individuals seeking training and progression in a Finance career within a branded food manufacturing company.
If you are currently studying or aiming to obtain CIMA qualifications, this role provides support and training in a fast-moving manufacturing environment with a focus on supply chain finance.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Supply Chain Accountant and Supply Chain Finance Lead in achieving key objectives. You will analyze detailed data to facilitate business decisions and support the broader Supply Chain team.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or operational setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
You will be involved in month-end preparations, ensuring accurate cost and accrual postings for reporting and monitoring inflation.
Your tasks will also include assisting with:
1. Forecasting processes
2. Year-end audit activities
3. Compliance requirements
4. Maintaining internal controls to minimize business risk
You will collaborate with the Logistics Analyst to review rates and support supply chain costing, gradually building your understanding of supply chain operations to aid decision-making. Opportunities to work on projects and improve processes will be available, aligning with the company's Continuous Improvement culture.
