About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work within secondary schools across Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA to make a real difference in the classroom by supporting teaching and learning at a higher level.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) or be confident in adapting their approach to meet diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver planned lessons and cover classes when required.
* Support teachers in raising attainment and engagement across the curriculum.
* Provide tailored support to students, including those with SEN.
* Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements
* HLTA qualification is a requirement.
* Experience working in a secondary school setting.
* Ability to adapt to support students with SEN.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive and flexible approach to classroom support.
