Clerk of Works required immediately to work for a housing association on a 3 month contract. As the Clerk of Works you will be required to oversee the snagging of a number of high rise refurbishment schemes within the local area. Clerk of Works duties: Produce detailed weekly reports on progress and quality, highlighting any issues and necessary remedial actions. Conduct regular site visits to oversee project progress and ensure adherence to specifications. Ensure quality of works on site, timings of the project and material orders are all in line Manage the snagging and defect resolution process, ensuring issues are recorded, reported, and addressed efficiently The ideal candidate will: Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project teams. Have a thorough understanding of construction methods & regulations Bring extensive experience as a Clerk of Works on residential projects, ideally with Housing Association clients.
