An established and forward-thinking accountancy practice in Manchester is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a practice-trained accountant looking to work in a modern environment with a strong focus on client relationships and advisory work, alongside a 4 day working week.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of year-end accounts for limited companies
* Corporation tax returns
* VAT returns and bookkeeping
* Management accounts and reporting
* Reviewing work prepared by offshore team members
* Supporting clients with queries and business advice
Requirements
* ACA / ACCA / AAT qualified or part-qualified
* Previous experience within an accountancy practice
* Strong knowledge of accounts, tax and VAT
* Confident managing client relationships
