Typical shift as a bank Supported Living Worker
1. Assistingcustomers with practical, daily living tasks to develop their independence, helping them to achieve the goals, aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans.
2. Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting,maintainingtheir tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able.
3. Support to attend appointments, take part in hobbies and interests or attend college or work
4. Supporting customers with their personal care and medication needs outlined in their support plan
5. Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
