Description: Prism 7 Resourcing is now looking for a warehouse picker/packer to work an ongoing basis in Wickford, Essex area. This role is ready for an immediate start. Key Responsibilities: * Reading and marking picking lists * Locating stock using location codes * Warehouse maintenance (ensuring clear stock locations and a tidy warehouse) * Weighing and counting large quantities of stock * Labelling products * Packing and palletising various jobs ready for dispatch. * Checking orders. * Communicating with other departments. * Working across multiple departments. * Identifying location errors. * Stripping pallets. * Other ad-hoc warehouse duties. Essential Knowledge & Skills: * Good communication skills. * Is a must to have excellent accuracy and attention to detail. * Must be able to routinely lift boxes up to 25kg. * Must be comfortable using a ladder. * Basic knowledge of Health & Safety. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Must be a trustworthy, reliable, team player.
