We are looking for a Senior Production Support Engineer to join our team to lead a small group of Engineers and ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our production environment. This role combines technical expertise with strong collaboration skills to manage incidents, optimize systems, and deliver exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively engage with clients and stakeholders to align on product changes and incident resolutions.
* Rapidly identify, triage, and resolve production incidents with root cause analysis.
* Monitor application health daily using logs, dashboards, and metrics.
* Provide 24/7 support for critical production systems, including on-call rotation.
* Manage application certificate renewals to prevent service disruptions.
* Use JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint for change management and documentation.
