St Austell Brewery is proud of its managed estate,
which spans across some of the most beautiful parts of Southwest We are a
family business who delight in offering our customers a diverse range of pub
experiences, from traditional, cosy, establishments to lively gastro pubs,
ensuring that our guests always find their perfect spot within one of our 41
pubs.
For over 170 years, we have been brewing award-winning
cask and bottled ales and we are proud to have evolved our range to include
Tribute, Proper Job and korev, all best sellers, within our pubs.
Using local produce is important to us, our menus are
carefully curated using fish caught off the Cornish coast, beef from herds
grazing in the Southwest and locally grown fresh fruit and veg.
As we continue to grow and invest in our estate, we’re
looking for experienced managers to support our vision and establish their own
successful pub. We want positive, energetic managers who can demonstrate their
ability to inspire, drive and develop their teams; teams who will go on to
deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
As a General Manager for St Austell Brewery, you must
have a genuine enthusiasm for people, whether that is engaging your team or
delivering outstanding service to your customers.
