Due to continued growth and an exceptionally strong order book, we are now looking to strengthen our workshop team with an experienced Fabricator / Plater to support current and upcoming workloads. The Role This is a full-time, workshop-based role suited to a confident and experienced fabricator/plater with a background in medium to heavy structural and bespoke steelwork. The position has been created to support a very busy order book and sustained demand across multiple projects. You will work as part of a close-knit workshop team, fabricating directly from engineering drawings and contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality, one-off fabrications for our customers. Extremely competitive rates of pay are available, dependent on experience. Overtime is regularly available, including weekends, along with opportunities for training, development, and long-term progression within the business.
